Terms of Use

As soon as you sign up for any of Minecraft Zone's game rentals, we want to make sure that your experience is a good one. We'll set up your server for you in any that you like, as long as they fall in with our guidelines; and we'll also give you the tools you need to operate your own server or run your own website. Should you run into issues with either, just send us a trouble ticket and one of our staff will contact you immediately to resolve your issues in a timely manner. Again, we want you to have the best time here from beginning to end - and all the play time in between!

Billing policy:

Depending on the package you choose, you will be charged an hourly or monthly rate and payment is due before services are rendered. While we don't offer refunds at this time, should you run into any problems or issues, we'll do our best to rectify the situation immediately. We also perform reviews on a case to case basis and will provide compensation for extenuating circumstances.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time, just fill out a support trouble ticket or email us at support@minecraftzone.com prior to your next billing period.

Reselling:

The reselling or transferring of any of Minecraft Zone's servers, products, or other services without written permission from Minecraft Zone is strictly prohibited and is subject to termination of services without notice. If you wish to resell or transfer any of our services or products, please send us an email and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Game Server Management:

At Minecraft Zone, we're proud to offer the fastest gaming servers in the industry. Our terms of service for using these game servers are as follows:

• It is the user's responsibility to manage and operate the game server
• A server's client limit must never be altered by anyone except an Minecraft Zone technician
• Game servers equipped with a rented password must never have their passwords changed or altered
• Mods that could use the game server's resources must not be added without consulting an Minecraft Zone staff member
• Should any maintenance or work be performed on a game server that requires further service from an Minecraft Zone technician, the user may be invoiced for this work
• Minecraft Zone's products and services are never to be used in an illegal manner or in illegal activities

Connectivity and Ping:

At Minecraft Zone, we pride ourselves on offering the finest and fastest game servers in the industry, as well as only the most reputable bandwidth providers. However like any server, we cannot guarantee uptimes or pings to an Minecraft Zone server, as factors such as a user's ISP, bandwidth, routing and PC capacity can be limiting in certain cases. We recommend that any user having issues with uptime or ping run a traceroute to the server and send us an email at support@minecraftzone.com.

At Minecraft Zone we're proud to offer the best gaming industry in the experience, but we can only do so by ensuring that our servers and resources are not abused, destroyed, or damaged in any way, or at any time. Because of that, users are required to comply with our terms of use and failure to do so could result in termination of service. While we'll try to keep our terms of use simple and consistent, we reserve the right to make changes at any time and users are asked to check back regularly to ensure that they are still complying with them.
